A property is sold first with the eyes. Dark, poorly framed or rushed photos can instantly kill interest from a future buyer or tenant. My role is to show each space at its best, with controlled light and clean composition.

I work for real estate agencies, notaries, self-employed professionals and private owners who want to showcase a property, a guesthouse, a hotel or offices.

Before each shoot, I prepare: room scouting, managing natural and artificial light, small furniture adjustments and removing distracting details. The goal: clean, readable images that make people instantly imagine themselves in the place.

Post-processing is essential: balanced colours, straight verticals, controlled contrast, no exaggeration. Not misleading photos — a faithful yet attractive representation of reality that inspires trust and professionalism.

Depending on the project, I can complement the report with detail shots, atmosphere images, or twilight exterior photos to reinforce the property's character and impact in listings or on your website.
